Deputy Residential Manager

Living Springs are currently recruiting a Deputy Residential Manager.  The post holder will be accountable to the Residential Manager and assist in the effective function of the Residential Centre.  You will have responsibility for managing and responding to referral and viability requests and case manage or undertake Residential Assessments, Community-based Assessments or PAMS assessments, as required. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a professional high-quality service which meets our organisation’s ethos and values.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Social Work qualification and registration with SWE
  • 3 years’ experience of working with children and families
  • Own car insured for business use, which is suitable for transporting parents and children
  • Clean driving licence.
